What is Field Trialing?
Trailing is basically a skill of following and finding a specific thing or person or anything. All over the world, working dogs use this skill to help police in finding missing people. Field trials are a kind of working test to measure the ability of a gundog in a competitive environment.
Field trials and tests are designed to practice a day’s shooting as close as possible, so we can compare gun dogs in the discipline they have been trained for. Scroll down to know more about our field trials session and how to get professionally ready for field trials.
Our field trial course is set with a goal to teach you and your dog to hunt and lookout for a specific scent. this is how we check the initial skill level of the dog. In the field trials, we review how much the dog is trained?
We also check the basic field commands on the dogs and expose the dog to birds, guns, and hunting grounds. Once your dog is filled with confidence and has passed the field trials, then we advise you to go for professional training.
